Hexagonal Screws
We manufacture hexagonal screws which are fully threaded bolts in stainless steel and alloy steel. We manufacture hexagonal screws in all the thread forms. They also like bolts, come with hexagonal, square, flange, collar, spherical dome, castle, hexagonal socket, D’ shape and other different shapes of head. These have the following features:
- In Plain carbon, Alloy and Stainless Steels
- With properties from 60 kg/mm2 onwards
- In diameters ranging from 10 mm to 42 mm
- In lengths from 25 mm to 650 mm
- Plain, black, phosphate and galvanized finishes
Socket Head Screws
These socket head screws are used where the head projection on the surface is not acceptable and no space is available for tightening with the nut. These socket head screws have hot forged hexagonal or square sockets to suit the allen keys. The threads are of precise tolerance ensuring close thread fit assembly. They are made of alloy steel and heat treated in Sealed Quench furnaces to obtain excellent properties with the no decarburisation of threads. Available with the following features:
- Diameters from 16mm to 56 mm
- Property grades 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9
- Blackodised, hot-phosphated finishes
